This web site has the capability to allow you to upload artwork directly from our web site as an e-mail attachment after your order is processed. You may also send your photo ready artwork by postal mail. Please send your desired text or logo information within 7 days of order to help minimize delays.

TEXT ONLY ARTWORK

Many imprints on products consist of text only. I.e. company's or organization's name, and telephone number etc. If this is the case please include:

• Order Number
• Verbatim text
• Font style and font size (pts.) for relationship
• Desired color or colors for fonts
• Location of imprint or embroidery

If you have already supplied this information in the "Artwork Instructions" box while creating your product order. It is not necessary to repeat this step here.

ARTWORK USING A LOGO

If you are uploading or e-mailing your artwork to us, please keep in mind that different product manufacturers require images to be sent to them in different formats. We do have the capability to convert some (but not all) artwork to those required formats free of charge. If we have received an unusable format, About Image Advertising will contact you to let you know the desired artwork format for your purchase. Please don't forget to include your order number.

Artwork being sent via e-mail is limited to 4 megs per image, any larger files will need to be mailed to us on a floppy, CD ROM or Zip disk in PC format.

If you are sending camera ready artwork, or your conversion requires additional editing time (beyond reason), About Image Advertising will contact you before your order has started production regarding any additional image setup fees. If you deem any additional fees unreasonable, you may cancel that portion of the order and will be refunded the difference.

• Art

Complete art is the single most important part of your order necessary to ensure the accurate, high quality and quick production of your order. Camera ready artwork consists of color separated clean crisp black and white art to size. Faxes are not camera ready art. Electronic art is the best method to ensure accurate production. You may send any printed material to use via U.S. Mail to the address at the top of this page.. This artwork will not automatically be sent back to you unless you request it. Please send in a protected envelope stamped "Do Not Bend" as any creases in the artwork may hamper the quality of the duplication.

• Digital File

For electronic art, you may send that file as an "attachment" by clicking the button at the bottom of this page which will automatically open your e-mail client. Please keep in mind that such files must be no more than 4 megabytes in size. Digital files exceeding 4 megabytes should be sent to us on a disk in a PC file format (.eps files are always preferred).
