Price includes 11-ounce glossy stoneware mug with one color imprint and set up. Imprint area 2.75”h x 2.75”w x 7.5”wrap. Order must clearly specify if artwork is one side, two sides, opposite the handle or wraparound. In the absence of these instructions factory will use their discretion. Imprint locations are defined as follows: Front: facing right handed drinker, Back: facing left handed drinker, 2 Sided: one image per side, Opposite the Handle: centered opposite the handle. Due to the inherent nature of ceramics and the properties of glassware produced by foreign and domestic manufactures, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures and color pigment may result in variations in glaze and imprint colors. These variations are within industry standard and therefore must be considered acceptable. Prices are based on customer provided “Camera Ready Artwork”. A minimum charge of $25.00 for any changes, additions or re-do’s to artwork if necessary. Lead times are approximate and based on receipt of approved order, artwork and stock availability. To maintain quality control, the factory reserves the right to ship up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered and customer will be billed accordingly.
