| About Image prides itself in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction possible or a complete refund excluding shipping and handling charges on stocking merchandise. Due to the nature of this business, "Custom Orders", orders that include customer's approved artwork and lettering cannot be returned arbitrarily. Due to the difficulty of manufacturing exact requirements without sacrificing quality, please allow for a 5% margin of exceptions. Specifically for overruns, under-runs and partial substandard product imperfections. In the event any particular product is discontinued and or not available, any and all customer payments will be 100% refundable. |
